We believe that on-farm slaughtering is less stressful for our lambs because they do not have to be unnecessarily transferred and deposited into an unfamiliar situation with other unknown animals. On-farm slaughtering by experienced butchers is a humane and respectful way to accommodate halal, kosher, and other religious and ethnic preferences.

If on-farm slaughtering is not an option for you, your lamb will be processed at an appropriately inspected locker plant and we will do our best to insure that the process is carried out as calmly and humanely as possible.
